Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence and market disruption through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Produce foresight reports on AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and bio-digital interfaces
- Design cross-functional innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of future-critical solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for paradigm shifts
- Mentor a team of foresight analysts and junior strategists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic research institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact on 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and simulation tools
- Published work on technological singularity or societal adaptation frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
