Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026-2030
- Present executive-level briefings to board members and investors on future market disruptions
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and emerging tech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough initiatives with 5-10 year impact
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry panels
- Manage a global network of futurists, academics, and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record translating complex trends into enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
