Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum-AI convergence
- Identify and validate disruptive technologies through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present future roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and DARPA initiatives
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on ethical AI deployment
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or venture-backed startups
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing speculative concepts
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D grants from NSF or similar bodies
