Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and investment opportunities in emerging domains
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and startup accelerators
- Design and implement scenario-planning methodologies for complex future states
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research on emerging technologies' societal impact (peer-reviewed or industry whitepapers)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
