Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biotechnology integration
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Curate thought leadership content and industry foresight publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related fields
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant discipline
- Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical/non-technical audiences
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership
