In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing future trends, conducting in-depth research, and providing actionable insights to our executive team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into our product development, marketing, and business strategies. Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret global trends, technological advancements, and societal shifts to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework to guide long-term strategic planning.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders through compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation and future thinking.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in futurism, technology, and related fields through continuous learning.
- Build and maintain a network of experts and thought leaders to enhance our foresight capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a strategic planning, innovation, or foresight role.
- Proven track record of leading successful foresight initiatives and driving strategic change.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future scenarios persuasively.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of their potential impact on business and society.
