Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, focusing on AI-driven autonomy and edge computing.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersâincluding product managers, designers, and researchersâto translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met across all deployed environments.
- Define and enforce best practices for coding, documentation, and software architecture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to keep Apex Dynamics at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with proven experience in building distributed systems.
- Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with real-time data processing frameworks (Kafka, Flink) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
