Responsibilities
- Technical Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Infrastructure: Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies and containerization strategies (Kubernetes/Docker) to ensure scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product leaders and investors to translate high-level requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with international data standards.
- Legacy Integration: Oversee the strategic migration and integration of legacy systems into the new 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Cloud Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure, including serverless and managed services.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and make high-stakes architectural decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Project Management: Experience managing large-scale Agile/Scrum development cycles.
