Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling billions of transactions.
- Lead code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical strategy sessions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team of senior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact project timelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust, or Java.
- Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
