Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Evolution: Design and oversee the development of proprietary generative models capable of autonomous learning and adaptation.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Build cloud-native architectures that seamlessly integrate quantum-ready algorithms and large-scale data lakes.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging tech trends like AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and their integration points.
- High-Performance Systems: Optimize distributed systems to handle petabyte-scale data processing with sub-millisecond latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for algorithmic bias, transparency, and safety in autonomous decision-making systems.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (focus on AI/ML).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years leading teams in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems design (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Quantum Computing Insight: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and how they interface with classical AI systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring senior engineers and driving technical vision across cross-functional teams.
