Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust, scalable architecture roadmap specifically aligned with the 2026 technology landscape.
- Lead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing).
- Establish best practices for AI governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity in a distributed environment.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud-native frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Future Tech environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with hands-on experience with major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong background in designing for scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership.
- Passion for ethical AI and sustainable engineering practices.
