Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems focused on 2026-era computing paradigms.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 'Vision Systems' initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists in best practices for code quality and system design.
- Conduct rigorous technical reviews and code audits to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define roadmap priorities and technical feasibility.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to support mission-critical applications.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in system design, microservices architecture, and distributed computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with modern frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
