Responsibilities

- Lead the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native microservices environments.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Conduct code reviews and perform rigorous system security audits.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical career growth of the team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in system design patterns, distributed systems, and high-availability architectures.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data pipelines.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
