Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for our flagship 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead System Design: Oversee the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, making critical architectural decisions that impact the entire organization.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, identifying emerging technologies that provide a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the engineering department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and delivery excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high standards of software quality and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems. Experience with AI/ML integration is a strong plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and successfully delivering complex projects on time.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus on technical decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
