Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 Quantum-Neural project, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap, making critical architectural decisions that align with long-term business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate AI models into robust hardware-software ecosystems.
- Ensure code quality, security protocols, and adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization for edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong proficiency in machine learning, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-stakes technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
