- Lead a team of senior engineers to ensure the reliability and latency of neural data transmission.
- Architect scalable microservices to handle high-throughput biometric data processing.
- Define security protocols and encryption standards for sensitive neural data.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to translate biological signals into actionable software logic.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and drive technical best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Rust, C++, or Python with a focus on performance-critical applications.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in real-time data processing and low-latency networking.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and edge computing.
