Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures that can handle next-generation workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts in emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement best practices for scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI & ML: Strong background in designing systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven workflows.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and driving technical decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
