Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-scale, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to deliver roadmaps ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Architect systems that integrate seamlessly with emerging hardware, including neuromorphic chips and quantum processors.
- Optimize algorithms for real-time inference and edge computing deployment.
- Establish best practices for security, privacy, and ethical AI governance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, specifically Transformers and Generative Adversarial Networks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale deployments and managing technical debt.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
