Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of next-generation AI infrastructures capable of exascale computing.
- Define the technical roadmap for General AI integration and autonomous decision-making systems by 2026.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum algorithms into classical AI models.
- Establish best practices for data sovereignty, privacy, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of Senior AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Drive the adoption of novel technologies such as Neural Radiance Fields and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architect or engineering management role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with edge computing and IoT device optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
