Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI research roadmap focused on pre-2026 breakthrough technologies and post-2026 scalability.
- Lead the design of novel neural network architectures capable of handling multi-modal inputs at scale.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) to establish thought leadership.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready software.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI bias, safety, and ethical deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a strong publication record in top-tier conferences.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that have measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI and a commitment to responsible AI development.
