Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models targeting the 2026 technology landscape.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics) to translate research into production-ready features.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present at top-tier international conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and senior engineers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Identify emerging trends in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to keep Apex Horizon at the forefront.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in leading research teams or performing cutting-edge research in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
