Responsibilities
- Design and architect hybrid neural-quantum systems capable of solving complex optimization problems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists, machine learning engineers, and data scientists.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for quantum gate operations in a noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) environment.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical compliance in AI decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical roadmaps into strategic business initiatives.
- Pioneer new protocols for real-time data synchronization between classical and quantum processors.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML architecture with at least 2 years in Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with deep knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and cryptography.
- Experience leading engineering teams and managing large-scale software projects.
- Proven track record of innovation in distributed systems or high-performance computing.
