Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI systems integrating quantum computing principles to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, quantum physicists, and software engineers.
- Develop and optimize novel machine learning algorithms with a focus on low-latency, high-throughput performance.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate cutting-edge research into tangible, market-ready features.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment within the AI infrastructure.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, including Neuromorphic computing and Generative AI, and integrate relevant advancements.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or hardware acceleration (e.g., NVIDIA GPUs, TPUs).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level machine learning systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
