Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning pipelines optimized for high-velocity data processing.
- Lead the architecture of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency using distributed computing frameworks.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to explore emerging technologies like Neuromorphic computing and Quantum AI integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models that handle millions of requests daily.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
