In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business strategy, ensuring our organization remains ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key trends in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Generative Media.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research and proof-of-concept testing for cutting-edge technologies to determine viability and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring teams, facilitating workshops, and driving the adoption of next-gen AI frameworks.
- Risk Management: Assess the ethical implications and technical risks of new technologies, ensuring compliance with global standards and responsible AI governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML leadership, or a similar executive technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and predictive analytics with a demonstrable history of implementation.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into scalable business strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
