Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define product requirements.
- Define technical roadmaps, best practices, and coding standards for machine learning deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous technical code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability in real-time processing environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate them into our core technology stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database technologies.
