What You'll Do:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define technical roadmaps for 2026 and beyond. You will lead a team of brilliant engineers in building machine learning pipelines that handle petabytes of data in real-time.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines optimized for high-throughput data processing.
- Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, integrating generative AI models with enterprise cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization across distributed environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and automated testing in AI workflows.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
