Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core architectural framework for Project 2026, overseeing the entire lifecycle from theoretical model design to production deployment.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to drive technical excellence.
- System Scalability: Ensure our AI models are scalable, robust, and capable of processing petabytes of data with minimal latency.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate high-level business objectives into technical roadmaps and actionable development plans.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Define and enforce best practices for ethical AI, ensuring bias mitigation and transparency in all model outputs.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions seamlessly into our software ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and large-scale software architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialization: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision, with a focus on Generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize systems for performance and cost.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
