Responsibilities

- Lead a high-performance team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles is a strong plus.
