Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through advanced quantization and serving strategies.
- Lead a cross-functional team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver production-ready AI features.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define the AI roadmap and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Research and evaluate emerging state-of-the-art (SOTA) models and architectures to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
