Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Spatial Computing to stay ahead of the curve.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI systems that power our core product offerings.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping & R&D: Spearhead experimental projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring data privacy and algorithmic fairness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI and Machine Learning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and drive technical strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
