Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement complex, large-scale machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI products, ensuring alignment with business goals and the 2026 strategic milestones.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate the latest advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning into our core platform.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and 4+ years of specific experience in designing AI/ML systems at scale.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
