As a key member of our executive technical team, you will set the architectural standards for our AI ecosystem, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of a robust, scalable AI infrastructure roadmap designed to handle 2026-scale data demands.
- Model Strategy: Define the strategy for integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers and fostering deep technical knowledge across the organization.
- R&D Integration: Translate cutting-edge academic research and emerging tech trends into practical, deployable solutions for our clients.
- System Reliability: Ensure the highest standards of system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all AI deployments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, translating complex architectural concepts into clear business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to plan long-term technical roadmaps and execute complex multi-year projects.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale data engineering and machine learning problems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
