We are looking for a technical leader who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about the long-term potential of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence).
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI solutions aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists in designing novel neural network architectures.
- Define technical best practices for training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, ensuring our technology stack remains state-of-the-art.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex AI systems.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
