Responsibilities

- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, specifically generative AI and neural architecture search.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for code quality and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
