Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead the architecture of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies into our 2026 product lines.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior AI/ML architecture roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
