Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for next-gen AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect microservices and distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Research & Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including transformer optimizations and edge computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews and technical architecture sessions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to global ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- AI Knowledge: Proven track record designing and deploying large-scale Machine Learning models.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
