Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers to pioneer advancements in Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating AI solutions into legacy systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of AI models at scale.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including quantum computing and edge AI, to apply them to our product suite.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of designing high-availability, low-latency systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
