Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing the front desk reception area.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating client records and tracking daily office metrics.
- Prepare meeting rooms and assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating internal communications.
- Handle basic office supplies inventory and assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, a GED program, or recently graduated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- A reliable attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be available for part-time hours (e.g., afternoons or weekends).
