Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and reception duties.
- Manage office supplies inventory, order materials, and maintain a tidy, professional workspace.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
- Support HR initiatives, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
