- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions

- Manage cross-functional teams executing 5-year innovation portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Master's or PhD in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Published research in future studies or peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Track record of launching products/services with $50M+ market impact
