Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or technology leadership, with 5+ years in C-suite roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Strategic planning certification or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
