Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, IoT, and biotech sectors
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints, managing end-to-end development from ideation to market launch
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling business cases and ROI projections
- Foster startup partnerships and corporate ventures to accelerate external innovation integration
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members for strategic alignment
- Mentor emerging innovators and establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership with proven track record scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful product launches from concept to market leadership
- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or similar innovation methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to secure >$10M in innovation funding
- Experience building and leading diverse, high-performing innovation teams
