Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and deploying cutting-edge prototypes for 2026 market readiness

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with strategic business objectives
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual R&D budgets for next-generation technology projects
- Represent Nexus at global innovation forums and establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable systems
- Experience securing and managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic research institutions
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
