Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive solutions
- Secure $5M+ in venture funding through compelling pitches and investor relations
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio expansion
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor emerging tech landscapes (quantum, AI ethics, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Present quarterly innovation progress to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience securing $5M+ in venture capital or corporate funding
- Strong background in intellectual property strategy and patent development
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech ecosystem projections and regulatory landscapes
