Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems with exceptional professionalism and efficiency
- Greet and assist visitors with warm hospitality and accurate direction
- Maintain organized reception area and office supplies inventory
- Coordinate meeting schedules and conference room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages promptly
- Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Support HR department with onboarding paperwork and document management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
