Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage high-volume data using proprietary software and MS Office Suite
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Manage office inventory, order supplies, and maintain filing systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee documentation
- Support ad-hoc projects requiring meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative or data entry experience
- Expert proficiency in data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hour with 99.5% accuracy)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive documents
