Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for management and staff members.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including waiting areas and conference rooms.
- Handle visitor check-ins and issue visitor badges as required.
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned to support office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
