Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route all incoming calls
- Greet visitors, screen guests, and coordinate meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and new employee orientation
- Maintain digital filing systems and document organization
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executives
- Support HR initiatives including benefits administration and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly) preferred
