Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 98%+ accuracy using proprietary systems
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized physical records
- Process incoming communications (emails, calls, correspondence) and route appropriately
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Support scheduling for team meetings and client appointments
- Prepare routine reports and documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associates degree or equivalent administrative certification
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
